Staff Contact - Communication Protocol
With our numbers increasing, it is important that you know who to contact should you have a concern. In the first instance, please contact reception who will advise who the relevant member of staff is:

Reception will then use the following table to guide you to the relevant member of staff. If you have a safeguarding concern, the receptionist will put you in touch with a member of the safeguarding team immediately:

Senior Leadership Team – a senior member of staff who supports the Learning Manger with the pastoral well-being of a year group. | Senior Leadership Team – a senior member of staff who supports the Head of Department with the performance of a certain subject area. |
